If you have a dog this is the spot. one of 4 only off leash dog parks in boulder. the apartment has bedroom living room kitchen with dishwasher, ample closet space and laundry right next door, also sliding glass door goes out to small patio/common area. looking for someone to take over my lease beginning may 15th or june 1st until the end of july or longer. you are free to sign a new lease. this is an ideal spot if you have pets cats or dogs. please call if interested 831.325.4089 this won't last.
